PALACE have secured James Vaughan on loan for the rest of the season but Lee Hills (knee) will not be fit and Jamal Alexander is suspended. Henri Lansbury has joined NORWICH on loan for the remainder of the season and reserve ‘keeper Declan Rudd (jaw) continues to sit out but there are no fresh injury concerns for Paul Lambert.
Hull v QPR
Jimmy Bullard has left HULL for a loan spell at Ipswich but Brad Guzan has extended his stay with the Tigers for another month and Paul McShane is pushing for a place after recovering from injury. QPR have signed Danny Shittu and extended Gavin Mahon’s loan but the latter may sit out through a hamstring injury.
Scunthorpe v Preston
SCUNTHORPE have a number of doubts in the form of Niall Canavan (knee), Rob Jones (back), Cliff Byrne (back) and Garry Thompson (groin) while Michael O’Connor (knee) is out until at least March. PRESTON have secured Leon Cort’s services for the rest of the season and Amine Linganzi could figure following a groin injury.
