Live on Skysports 1: Mon 13.00: The PDC World Champs gets back into action with the 2nd Rd; Adrian Lewis is 2/7 (bet365) to beat Mark Dudbridge.
Phil Taylor is in action as the darts returns after the Christmas break and perhaps Phil Taylor has had time to get over the excitement of coming 2nd at the Sports Personality Awards; he is 1/33 at Ladbrokes to beat Per Laursen and 4/6 (William Hill) to win 4-0.
There was a prevailing feeling that Taylor had not played so well in Round 1, despite winning 3-0, and he is 11/10 with Boylesports to win overall. Taylor at odds against is certainly a gift saved only for Christmas time so snap it up and hope he has not still got his mind on other things.
In other games, Colin Lloyd is 2/5 (Stan James) to beat Mark Hylton, the latter excellently beating Steve Beaton. Perhaps Hylton with a +2.5 start at 4/7 (bet365) is extremely shrewd.
Also, Peter Wright seems overpriced at 9/2 () to beat Paul Nicholson. Wright overcame Co Stompe in Round 1 and the even money on him (bet365) to win with a +2.5 handicap is excellent.
