Live on British Eurosport: Thu 12.30: The 2nd set of UK Championship quarters; Robertson is 8/13 (Paddy Power) to beat Shaun Murphy.
Shaun Murphy is 6/4 at William Hill but you wouldn’t fancy his chances after nearly making a complete hash of his 2nd round match against Ryan Day.
Robertson had a few wobbles of his own against Andrew Higginson but came through comfortably and you can expect the World Champion to see this one out; 8/13 (Paddy Power) is pretty short so either take Robertson at 19/20 (Sportingbet) with a -1.5 frame handicap or cover 9-8, 9-7 and 9-6 to Robertson (all 7/1, Stan James), which equates to just shy of 17/10.
In the other quarter, Mark Williams is a pretty short 2/7 at Ladbrokes to see out Mark Joyce, which he should do, but most of the handicaps take 3.5 frames away from the fav apart from Boylesports, who offer up a -2.5 frames at 4/5 about Williams.
Higgins is just 2/1 fav at Betfred for the outright on his return.
