Pandorama won the Lexus Chase at Leopardstown and has been cut to 14/1 (from 33/1) by totesport for the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
There had been a bit of gamble on Noel Meade’s gelding as he was backed into 7/2 joint-favouritism having opened up on-course at 6/1. Punters never really had a moment of worry coming to the last as Paul Carberry’s mount was travelling strongly and he powered up the run-in to record a six length victory.
‘Pandorama has proven he can mix it at the highest level with victory in the Lexus Chase and although he has to find more to challenge the very best, time is on his side and there could well be more improvement to come’ said totesport spokesman George Primarolo.

So Young took the opening race of the fixture when bolting up in the Madigans Maiden Hurdle and has been introduced into the market for the Neptune Investment Management Novices’ Hurdle at 16/1 by totesport
