A much needed win for Chelsea has brought them back to 10/3 for the Premier League title (Betdaq) as Liverpool lose again.
Man United remain top (11/10, William Hill) on equal points with Man City, a generous 8/1 with Ladbrokes, and Chelsea’s slightly underwhelming win hauls them back up to 4th, four points further back.
Arsenal’s draw at Wigan keeps them 3rd and 9/2 for the league title (Coral) but it all went horribly wrong for Liverpool as they slumped to another defeat – Hodgson’s men are 10/1 for the top 4 at Stan James and a rather rose-tinted 6/5 to finish in the top 6 with the same firm.
Blackburn are as big as 11/4 with to finish in the top 10 as their situation is predicted to worsen and Blackpool are out to 4/1 to be relegated (Totesport) after continued success on the road. Liverpool’s 80/1 (Skybet) to be relegated will surely come in if they lose again at home to Bolton on Saturday.
