It would take a brave punter to oppose Bingham and at 2/1 with 888sport he is certainly a very enticing bet, considering his electric form in this tournament. Betfred put up 5/6 about Bingham to win with a 2.5 frame headstart which is probably a sensible bet to back.
The other quarter sees John Higgins 8/15 fav (Skybet) to beat Stephen Maguire, a 13/8 chance at Paddy Power. Higgins struggled a touch with his potting against Dott but still progressed, suggesting he’s got a bit more in his tank yet and is a solid bet if doubled with Bingham on the handicaps.
