Live On Skysports 3: Thu 08.30: Angus Loughran previews this week’s Alfred Dunhill Championship, the start of the European Tour.
Charl Swartzel has an ideal chance to win Alfred Dunhill in South Africa this week but is a shorter price than I was hoping for at 11/2 (888sport) but even at cramped odds, he should be supported.
Englishman John Parry looks good value at 33/1 (Paddy Power) while Alvaro Velesco will fancy his chances after a great season on Challenge Tour and at 33/1 looks over the odds (bet365).
Down at the Australian PGA, Geoff Ogilvy, who was a runaway winner of last weeks Australian Open, can continue his form into this week will be hard to beat at 6/1 with Betfred.
The outsider I like is Jarrod Lyle who played some great golf to gain his PGA Tour card at qualifying school and will not be lacking in confidence and looks over the odds at 45/1 at Boylesports.
