Paul Ferguson has two selections on Wednesday; Bygones Of Brid in the 1.40 at Hexham and Quel Esprit in the 3:55 at Limerick
After a couple of relatively quite days, Wednesday provides plenty of betting opportunities starting with Bygones Of Brid (1:40) who is fancied to make a winning chase debut at Hexham.
Karen McLintock’s stable-star is a most likeable individual and was much better than his rivals over timber, so a clear round should suffice.
Over in Ireland at Limerick, Willie Mullins saddles Quel Esprit (3:55) in the beginners’ chase and he, too, is fancied to score at the first time of asking.
The grey is former point-to-point winner and has long had the look of a future star chaser in the making.
At Warwick, keep an eye on the John Hales owned pairing of Don’t Turn Bach and High Benefit who look capable of going very close on their respective hurdles debuts, while Colin Tizzard’s bumper runner is reportedly well regarded.
Wednesday’s selections:
1:40 Hexham: Bygones Of Brid
3:55 Limerick: Quel Esprit
