With experts predicting a lot of the country to be covered in snow this week, Coral have shortened odds of many towns getting Christmas snow.
“Thanks to the early snow predictions, interest this year will definitely be higher than ever before. We took our first bets as early as July, and by offering more sites than in previous years we could see turnover triple,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.
“Most of the cash so far has focused on Scotland and Ireland, but London and Manchester are our biggest losers, and we expect losses to increase dramatically by the weekend.”
Coral are betting on snow to fall at fourteen different airports across the country.
