Paul Ferguson reckons Michael Flips, Audacious and Hidden Universe have every chance on Wednesday
Classy hurdler Micheal Flips (3:00) can make a winning start to his chasing career at Towcester on Wednesday.
The former points winner landed Kempton’s Lanzarote Hurdle in January and, despite facing a couple of useful rivals, it will be disappointing if a clear round doesn’t suffice.
Audacious (3:40) can score at the third time of asking in Nottingham’s mile maiden, a race Sir Michael Stoute took in 2007 (both divisions) with Tajaaweed and Patkai.
The Motivator colt finished fourth in a hot Doncaster maiden last time and this looks a much easier assignment.
Finally, over in Ireland Grade 1 bumper winner Hidden Universe (3:15) can make a winning debut on the Flat at Navan.
Wednesday’s selections:
3:00 Towcester: Micheal Flips
3:40 Nottingham: Audacious
3:15 Navan: Hidden Universe
