More dropped points for Chelsea in the Premier League sees them cut to 8/13 (Stan James) for the title as City close in.
In an exciting encounter at Blackpool, City showed flashes of quality in a game they were largely outplayed in but came away with all the points to capitalise on Chelsea’s draw away at Villa. That win pushes Man City into 6/1 with Ladbrokes for the title but Chelsea are still strong 8/13 favs (Stan James) to lift the Premier League trophy however City’s squad simply can’t be ignored.
Manchester United drift to 5/1 (Betfred) after another draw, this time with West Brom while Arsenal are 8/1 with Boylesports and should they sort out their wastefulness in front of goal, could be a good bet for 2nd place with each way terms.
Elsewhere, Tottenham are right in the mix to retain the Champions League spot they worked so hard to attain last year but they are 13/5 to get 4th place and could to be the team to miss out as Man City muscle in.
