The Rams, who were unfortunate to only grab a share of the spoils against Rangers, can go one better this weekend as they entertain Sheffield United. Also underestimated on their own patch are Victor Chandler’s 6/4 shots Scunthorpe who strolled past Crystal Palace in their last outing and can do likewise as they host Bristol City while Coventry (8/5, Victor Chandler) catch the eye at home to Leicester and improving Leeds, at 13/10 with Betdaq, can edge out Swansea at Elland Road.
Meanwhile in a potentially volatile Lancashire derby clash at teatime on Saturday, Burnley are worthy favourites at 8/11 with Ladbrokes to claim the bragging rights over local rivals Preston but the best bet at Turf Moor is arguably bet365’s 23/20 for a match tally of more than 2.5 goals; a wager that would have been successful in five of the last six meetings between the two sides.
