Bradford v Warrington, 18:15
Warrington will look to extend their winning run, 2/9 with Ladbrokes, and at the same time pile more misery on a Bradford side that has lost 4 of the last 5 matches. Bradford are 4/1 at Bet365 to prevail but a look at the handicaps reveals a +14 about Bradford at 10/11 (Boylesports). This is some shrewd handicapping and it will take a great effort from Bradford but they can do it against a Warrington side who may get complacent.
Catalans Dragons v Wakefield, 17:30
Catalans approach this game on the back of 9 straight losses and it’s hard to see why that shouldn’t be 10. Wakefield are want for a bit of form as well but they should approach this game with confidence. Wakefield are actually 13/8 outsiders to win with Betfred, a price that can’t be resisted. It might even be prudent to take Betfred’s +6 about Wakefield at 10/11.

Huddersfield v Hull, 15:00
A tasty clash in the top 6 should reap plenty of points as free scoring Hull travel to Huddersfield. Hull are 2/1 at Ladbrokes and again the away team outsider can profit. Huddersield’s 8/15 (Stan James) is intimidating for the punter and if so, Ladbrokes’ +8 on Hull at 10/11 is the way to go.
Hull KR v Harlequins, 15:00
Hull KR should have too much power at home, 2/7 with Paddy Power, for a Harlequins side that have been hot and cold of late. If Harlequins approach this in the mood in which they beat Hull away, the +10 at 1/1 with Sportingbet could a big enough handicap to earn a win.
Leeds v Crusaders, 15:00
Crusaders’ already hard quest for points at Leeds has been made harder by a bad injury to half-back Michael Witt. Leeds are supposed to be one of the fav teams for the grand final so they cannot afford to lose here as they lie 5th in the league and teams above them, especially Wigan and Warrington, are leaving them behind. The 1/11 about Leeds with Betdaq suggests a heavy home win and the -20 at 10/11 with Bet365 should be good enough for Leeds to prevail.
Salford v Castleford, 15:00
Salford must be wary that Castleford’s lowest score in 6 games is 22 and 8/11 at Skybet about Salford reflects some of these nerves. The handicaps don’t offer too much with only 4 point swings so the outright for Catleford at 13/10 with Paddy Power is a slightly risky but potentially rewarding bet.
Wigan v St Helens, 17:15
A crunch line up sees in form Wigan host St Helens. Wigan are 8/13 favs with Ladbrokes and, as the Warriors are rolling on relentlessly, this seems like a fair price. St Helens are a top team but the last 2 games have shown a few frailties compared to hammerings they were dealing out a few weeks back. -4 on Wigan at 10/11 with Blue Square is shrewd punt.
