The women are in action in Rome and Estoril this week. In Estoril, Medina-Garrigues is looking to go all the way but the attention lies in Rome where Serena William is 11/4 fav with Betfred.
Wozniacki is 13/2 with Coral and Venus Williams is further back at 7/1 with Stan James. Zvonareva was the only seeded casualty from Round 1 as all the others made it through.
ATP:
The men’s tour is spread over Belgrade, Munich and Estoril this week. Rafa Nadal has opted to take a rest for the week as Roger Federer takes to the clay of Estoril. Federer is 4/9 fav to win with Betfred, Monfils will look to challenge him and is 6/1 with Bet365. Federer will be very keen to do well as he went out in his first match last week and did not play the week before. Compared to Nadal’s 2 tournaments played with 2 more titles to his name, you can’t begrudge the clay court king a week off to stay fit.
Djokovic has opted to play in Belgrade where he is 4/6 fav with Ladbrokes, his main challenge is Wawrinka who is 4/1 with Stan James.
In Munich, a slightly weaker, but more competitive field, is lead by Berdych at 2/1 (Coral) and Youzhny (9/2 Betfred).
