BLACKPOOL could have Ben Burgess back after a knee injury, Stephen McPhee, Danny Coid and Hameur Bouazza are injured.
ROBINS defender Liam Fontaine could return after his back problem, but Danny Haynes is a doubt. Long-term absentees Jamie McAllister (calf), James Wilson and Jamie McCombe (both knee) are still absent.
Coventry v Watford
COVENTRY will give Freddie Sears every chance to prove his fitness after an ankle problem. Marcus Hall could feature off the bench, but definitely out injured are Jonathan Stead, Gary Deegan, James McPake, Ben Turner and Isaac Osbourne.
WATFORD’s Jay DeMerit is struggling with a stomach injury. Will Buckley (hamstring) is a major concern.
Derby v Cardiff
DERBY have several men out injured, including Russell Anderson, Stephen Bywater, Dean Leacock, Miles Addison, Jake Buxton, Steve Davies, Stephen Pearson and Rob Hulse. Paul Green and Chris Porter are concerns, Kris Commons may feature.
CARDIFF could make changes ahead of the play-offs, so Peter Whittingham, Michael Chopra, Jay Bothroyd and Joe Ledley could step down.
Ipswich v Sheff Utd
IPSWICH’s young forward Connor Wickham is set to keep his place, loanee David Healy (knee) is injured, Carlos Edwards is still recovering from illness, but Damien Delaney (ankle) is out.
The BLADES are definitely without Stephen Quinn following surgery on his toe. Darius Henderson, Andy Taylor and Lee Williamson are out.
Leicester v Middlesbrough
LEICESTER’s Richie Wellens could return after his hamstring injury. Matt Oakley (ankle) and Matty Fryatt (jaw) could be fit enough to feature, but Steve Howard is suspended.
BORO may bring back Gary O’Neil, Leroy Lita could start after recovering from a virus, David Wheater is still struggling with an ankle injury.
Plymouth v Peterborough
The PILGRIMS are set to have Romain Larrieu in goal as David Stockdale has returned to parent club Fulham. Jamie Mackie has a calf injury, while Craig Noone (knee) is a major worry.
POSH’s Craig Morgan is fit after illness, Joe Lewis has a hip injury, while Scott Griffiths has a stomach injury. Aaron Mclean and Izale McLeod are injured.
QPR v Newcastle
RANGERS have doubts over on-loan Adel Taarabt (heel) – Josh Parker could continue. Martin Rowlands, Gavin Mahon (both knee), Damion Stewart (fractured skull) and Matt Connolly (ankle) are injured.
Promoted NEWCASTLE are set to be without Fitz Hall (hamstring), Steven Taylor is still out, while Joey Barton and Nicky Butt may start.
Reading v Preston
READING have no fresh injury or suspension worries, James Henry is struggling with a hamstring injury, Marek Matejovsky (abdominal) is out along with Ivar Ingimarsson (hamstring), Noel Hunt and Chris Armstrong (both knee).
PRESTON are without keeper Andy Lonergan (groin) – Wayne Henderson should start. Liam Chilvers, Paul Coutts and Darren Carter are injured.
Scunthorpe v Nottingham Forest
The IRON are set to be without Michael Raynes, Jim McNulty and Rob Jones. Marcus Williams is struggling with a hamstring problem.
FOREST are again set to make changes before the play-offs. Joel Lynch, Joe Garner, David McGoldrick and Dele Adebola could feature, while Lewis McGugan and Garath McCleary are also pushing to start.
Sheff Wed v Crystal Palace
WEDNESDAY have no fresh injury or suspensions, and could have Tommy Miller back after his calf problem. Lewis Buxton may start.
PALACE will be without suspended midfielder Neil Danns. Lee Hills is out with a cruciate injury, but Claude Davis could be fit after his knee problems and may replace Matt Lawrence.
Swansea v Doncaster
SWANSEA’s Alan Tate is injured following ankle surgery. Lee Trundle and Craig Beattie are pushing for places, but Ferrie Bodde (knee) and Jordi Lopez (ankle) are still injured.
ROVERS midfielder John Oster (knee) may be fit, while Adam Lockwood (metatarsal) could also be back. Martin Woods (groin) and Billy Sharp (thigh) are injured.
West Brom v Barnsley
ALBION will hope keeper Scott Carson has suffered no reaction after his ankle injury, and could remain unchanged. Chris Wood is pushing for a place.
BARNSLEY striker Daniel Bogdanovic is struggling to shake off a hamstring injury. Carl Dickinson could start after his recent knee problem, Anderson de Silva has a thigh injury.
