League One Leeds United take on top flight Tottenham Hotspur at Elland Road in tonight’s FA Cup 4th round replay. Chris Hutcheon previews.
Leeds may have ridden their luck a little in the 2-2 draw at White Hart Lane but they created enough chances to suggest that they will be confident of victory ahead of their fourth round replay against Spurs at Elland Road.
It’s Tottenham, at 5/6 with Partybets, that bookies side with while a Leeds triumph is chalked up by Betdaq at 7/2, however, this one could go right to the wire and another stalemate, at 13/5 (Betfred) could be on the cards.
Victor Chandler post 13/2 against a 1-1 scoreline in normal time but once the clash is beyond the 90-minute mark, it’s the Premiership outfit that can eventually make their extra class tell.
Harry Redknapp’s side are therefore a relatively safe wager at 2/5 with Stan James to qualify for the next round and more specifically, the shrewd can back Tottenham to win in extra time at 7/1 with Paddy Power, who also quote 11/1 for Tottenham to win on penalties.
