CARDIFF are without Stephen McPhail, Mark Hudson, Miguel Comminges, Gavin Rae, Joe Ledley, Josh Magennis and Kelvin
Etuhu. Jay Bothroyd (ankle) is a concern. Tony Capaldi is cup-tied.
Derby v Birmingham
DERBY could be unchanged for the third game in a row. New signing David Martin is cup-tied, while Lee Croft (hamstring) is set to take his place on the bench.
BLUES striker Christian Benitez is struggling with an ankle injury, so Kevin Phillips may continue. James McFadden and Stuart Parnaby are pushing to start.
Man City v Stoke
CITY defender Joleon Lescott could make his first start for two months, but Craig Bellamy (knee) and Micah Richards (calf) are still struggling with injury. Dedryck Boyata could feature.
STOKE captain Abdoulaye Faye is still struggling with a back problem, otherwise Tony Pulis has a virtually full squad to choose from. James Beattie and Salif Diao could start.
Reading v WBA
READING are without the cup-tied Zurab Khizanishvili. Matt Mills is available after a one-match ban, while Gylfi Sigurdsson (foot) and Marek Matejovsky (abdominal) are both close to a return. Noel Hunt, Chris Armstrong and Julian Kelly are injured.
ALBION’s on-loan Frank Nouble is cup-tied, while Ishmael Miller, Marek Cech, Jerome Thomas, James Morrison and Giles Barnes are also out.
Southampton v Portsmouth
SAINTS are without the cup-tied Jason Puncheon, Jon Otsemebor and Dan Seaborne, but Lee Barnard is available. Lee Holmes is pushing to start. Graeme Murty (ankle) and David Connolly (groin) are struggling.
POMPEY, who had Ricardo Rocha dismissed in midweek, will hope to have Kevin-Prince Boateng and Anthony Vanden Borre fit. John Utaka has been struggling with his hamstring.
Bolton v Tottenham
BOLTON’s on-loan Jack Wilshere and Vladimir Weiss are cup-tied, defender Gary Cahill is out with a blood clot in his arm, but Andy O’Brien could feature. Gavin McCann and Ivan Klasnic are injured.
SPURS’ Ledley King and Roman Pavlyuchenko may return. Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Aaron Lennon and Jon Woodgate are still struggling with injury.
Crystal Palace v Aston Villa
PALACE’s Matt Lawrence (hamstring) and Claude Davis (groin) will be given until the last minute to prove their fitness. Lee Hills, Kieron Cadogan and Stern Joh are cup-tied.
VILLA’s Gabriel Agbonlahor (leg) and skipper Stiliyan Petrov (ankle) are doubts, although Emile Heskey (groin) could be fit and Stephen Warnock (ankle) may also be ready.
Fulham v Notts County
FULHAM must decide whether to rest recent injury victims Bobby Zamora and Simon Davies. Kagisho Dikgacoi is out with an ankle problem, while also sidelined are Andrew Johnson, Paul Konchesky, Clint Dempsey and John Pantsil.
Newly-bought COUNTY are unlikely to make major changes and have a fully-fit squad. Ben Fairclough and Jamie Clapham are pushing to start.
