Coral have taken a record level of bets today on a White Christmas with weather forecasters predicting the season’s first snow showers this weekend.
“We have taken more bets today on a White Christmas than we have ever done on a single day before, and it will cost bookmakers well over a million pounds if the nation wakes up to a winter wonderland on Christmas Day”, said Simon Clare, Coral Spokesman.
Coral is offering 3-1 against a White Christmas in a number of cities including London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin.
