GOLF : Tiger Woods has been injured in a car accident according to reports in Orlando which quote the Florida Highway Patrol.

The world number one is reported to have crashed near his home in Isleworth early Friday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Woods’ car struck a fire hydrant and then a tree. The 33-year-old is reported to have been taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.
