Mario Balotelli bagged a brace on Thursday and is now 6/5 to be top scorer with Stan James while Italy are 8/5 to lift the cup.
Stan James’ Rory Jiwani said, “Before Sunday, this had been a terrible tournament for the bookies but every result since has gone our way.
